What you get
Depends on your tier. Web Presence: a professional website (Home, Services, Contact), domain setup or connection, managed hosting with HTTPS, an SEO-ready foundation, a branded contact form, and monthly maintenance. Sales Concierge: all of that plus an AI Sales Concierge, lead delivery by Telegram and email, and one professional email forward. 24/7 Answering Agent: a custom, phased build that adds after-hours AI phone answering, scoped to your call volume.
Payment
Three tiers: Web Presence from $49/month (+ $299 setup), Sales Concierge from $99/month (+ $499 setup), and the 24/7 Answering Agent, which is a custom, phased build priced to your call volume. Your exact price is confirmed in a consultation before any work begins. No payment is taken inside the chat.
Cancellation
Month-to-month. Cancel any time; your service runs through the paid period.
What we do not promise
We do not guarantee search rankings, traffic numbers, or lead volumes. The Concierge helps visitors and captures inquiries; results depend on your market and offer.
Support
Same business day follow-up, Monday–Friday, during business hours. Monthly maintenance covers security updates, an end-to-end test, and one minor copy change per month. Hands-on support is capped at one hour per month; additional support is available as a paid add-on.
The plan includes one professional email forward (an address at your domain that forwards to your personal inbox). This is a forwarding address only — not a hosted mailbox and not bulk sending.
