2. What we collect
- Chat messages and transcripts. The messages you send to the AI assistant and its replies are recorded so we can understand your request, follow up, keep records, and improve the service. A random session identifier is created for each chat to group the conversation. Please do not enter sensitive information in the chat.
- Lead form fields: name, email, optional phone, business type, service interest, the problem you want solved, optional preferred contact time, and optional notes.
- Technical and security data: your IP address and a spam-protection signal (Cloudflare Turnstile) used to verify you are human and protect the service, plus basic request data our providers log to operate and secure the site.
- Local browser storage: we store your language choice (English or Spanish) in your browser so the site remembers it. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
3. What we never collect here
Passwords, payment card numbers, banking information, government or tax IDs, medical information, legally privileged information, or private files. The AI assistant is built to refuse these. Please do not submit them. If you send sensitive information anyway, you do so at your own risk and we are not responsible for it.
4. Why we collect it, and our legal basis
We use your information only to respond to your request, follow up about our services, operate and secure the website and AI, keep records, and meet legal obligations. Our basis for processing is your consent (given when you use the chat or submit the form) and our legitimate interest in running and protecting the business. Your lead is delivered to our team by Telegram and email.
5. How long we keep it
Chat transcripts are kept for up to thirty (30) days and then deleted automatically. Lead form submissions are kept for up to twenty-four (24) months and then deleted, unless you become a customer and we need the information to provide the service or to meet a legal, accounting, or record-keeping requirement. You may ask us to delete your information sooner.
6. Who sees it, and where it is processed
Your information is seen only by our team and authorized HostingPR support. We do not sell, rent, or share your information for anyone else's marketing, and there are no third-party ads or trackers on this site. We use trusted service providers (for example hosting, content delivery, AI model, and messaging providers) only to operate and secure the service, and they process data on our behalf. Our service operates in the United States; if you contact us from another country, you understand your information will be processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those where you live.
7. How we protect it, and the limits
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no website, transmission, or storage method is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure that happens despite reasonable safeguards. You use the website and submit information at your own risk, as described in our Terms of Service.
8. Your choices and rights
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, at any time by emailing hello@hostingpr.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws, and we will honor valid requests as required by law. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
9. Children
This website and our services are intended for adults and for business use. They are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Statement from time to time. The current version is always posted here with its effective date, and your continued use after a change means you accept it.
