HostingPR (Vidalia, GA) keeps data collection to a minimum. This page explains, in plain language, what we collect and why. An English/Spanish legal review is planned before public launch.
What we collect
- Chat messages you send to the AI Concierge.
- Lead form fields: name, optional preferred address, email, optional phone, business type, service interest, the problem you want solved, optional preferred contact time, and optional notes.
- Spam-protection signal (Cloudflare Turnstile) and your IP for that check.
What we never collect here
Passwords, payment card numbers, banking information, tax IDs, medical information, legally privileged information, or private files. The Concierge is built to refuse these.
Why we collect it
Only to understand your request and follow up with you. Your lead goes to Orlando by Telegram and email.
How long we keep it
Up to 24 months, then deleted, unless you become a customer and we need it to provide service.
Who sees it
Orlando and authorized HostingPR support only. We do not sell or rent your information. There are no third-party ads or trackers on this site.
Your choices
Ask us to delete your information any time by emailing hello@hostingpr.com.
